Has anyone here ever participated in it or going to this year?
I've signed up, as Flighty, but I'm only thinking about it! If I do go ahead I'll let you know!

It does doesn't it!
If you did you'd only be cheating yourself.
If I do I'll let you know.
I wonder. Me too. xx
Oh, I have heard of this...vaguely; have you any more information?? Please

Happy birthday to whoever's the birthday girl! xx
A novel in how long?
I have a friend who contacted me two consecutive years for ideas for a short story competition. The first year she finally shied off competing, the second year she'd forgotten my best thoughts and I couldn't remember them in quite the way I probably would have originally relayed them to her.
I await to hear how it all goes.
A short novel of 50,000 words in 30 days!
It may not go at all as I'm undecided at the moment! xx
Hope you do it - sounds good fun.
I'd give it a go if it was a different time of year, but I'm booked up solid with evening rehearsals for the next six weeks.
I'm still thinking about it! It does but I'm sure that fades once you start writing!
It's not the best time of year is it! I reckon that February would be a good month for it. xx

Hmm: sounds a bit ambitious - like those courses that offer "Webmaster in a day" - or in Bert Weedon's case, play the guitar in a similarly improbably short time.
Are you allowed to have started beforehand I wonder?
If you do take up the challenge, it will be interesting to hear how it goes.
I wonder if Ed Reardon is taking part? He always makes me laugh.
